Approve or deny reward requests from your children.
Children can earn points and redeem them for rewards. Some rewards require parental approval before they're granted.

Reviewing Reward Requests
From Dashboard
- Look for the Pending Rewards notification
- Click to view the request
- See the child and reward details
From Notifications
- Go to Notifications
- Find reward request alerts
- Click to review
Approval Process
Reviewing a Request
- See which child requested
- View the reward details:
- Reward name
- Point cost
- Description
- Check the child's point balance
Approving a Reward
- Click Approve
- Add an optional message
- The reward is granted immediately
- Points are deducted from balance
Denying a Reward
- Click Deny
- Select a reason or add custom message
- Points are NOT deducted
- Child receives notification
Use denial as a teaching moment. Explain why and suggest alternatives.
Setting Approval Rules
Auto-Approve Thresholds
Set point limits for auto-approval:
- Under 100 points: Auto-approve
- 100-500 points: Review recommended
- Over 500 points: Always require approval
Category-Based Rules
- Virtual items: Auto-approve
- Screen time: Always review
- Physical rewards: Always review
