Payout Overview
Earning Flow
Commission Earned → Pending Period → Available Balance → Withdrawal → Bank Account
Minimum Payout
You must have at least ₦5,000 available to request a withdrawal.
Payout Schedule
- Manual Requests - Request anytime when threshold is met
- Auto Payouts - Optional weekly/monthly automatic transfers

Pending Period
Commissions become available after a 14-day holding period. This protects against:
- Refund requests
- Failed payments
- Fraud prevention
Setting Up Payment
Step 1: Add Bank Account
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Payment
- Click Add Bank Account
- Enter your details:
- Bank Name
- Account Number
- Account Name
- Save and verify
Step 2: Verify Account
We may send a small test deposit to verify:
- Check for micro-deposit
- Confirm the amount in settings
- Account is now verified ✅
Requesting a Withdrawal
Step 1: Check Balance
Ensure you have at least ₦5,000 available.
Step 2: Go to Payouts
Navigate to Dashboard → Payouts
Step 3: Request Withdrawal
- Click Request Withdrawal
- Enter amount (or "Withdraw All")
- Confirm bank account
- Submit request

Commissions take up to 24 hours to reflect. If longer:
