- Navigate to Reports from the main menu
- Select a child to view their report
- Choose the time period

Email Reports
Setting Up Email Reports
- Go to Settings → Report Preferences
- Choose frequency:
- Daily summary
- Weekly digest
- Monthly overview
- Select delivery time
- Enable/disable specific reports
Email reports are sent to your registered email address.
Exporting Reports
PDF Export
- Open the desired report
- Click Export PDF
- Download the file
- Share with teachers or save for records
CSV Export
For data analysis:
- Click Export CSV
- Open in Excel or Google Sheets
- Create custom charts and analysis
