Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.

Learn how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.

Upgrading

To upgrade your plan:

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select higher tier
  4. Confirm and pay

Benefits of upgrading:

  • Immediate access to new features
  • Prorated billing
  • No service interruption

Downgrading

To downgrade:

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select lower tier
  4. Confirm changes
Downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle. You keep premium features until then.

Cancelling

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Tell us why (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Access continues until period ends
  • Reading history preserved
  • Can resubscribe anytime
  • Points and badges remain

Pausing Subscription

Need a break?

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click Pause
  3. Select duration (1-3 months)
  4. Confirm

Using Coupons

Apply discount codes:

  1. Go to checkout or Subscription
  2. Enter coupon code
  3. Click Apply
  4. See discount applied

Refund Policy

  • Cancel within 7 days for full refund
  • Partial refunds for annual plans
  • Contact support for issues
