How children can log in using their code or password.

Learn how children can log into Iwelabi using their login code or password.

Login Methods

Children can log in using:

1. Login Code - 4-digit code (for younger children)
2. Password - Traditional password (for older children)
3. Device Remember - Stay logged in on trusted devices

Logging In with a Code

1. Open the Iwelabi app
2. Tap I'm a Reader or Child Login
3. Enter the 4-digit code
4. Tap Let's Read!

Logging In with a Password

For older children with passwords:

1. Open the Iwelabi app
2. Tap Child Login
3. Enter your username
4. Enter your password
5. Tap Login

Staying Logged In

On trusted devices:

1. Check Remember Me
2. You'll stay logged in
3. Next time, just tap your avatar!

If You Can't Log In

Try these steps:

1. Check if caps lock is on
2. Ask parent to verify code/password
3. Parent can regenerate the code
4. Try on a different device

Switching Accounts

If multiple children use one device:

1. Tap your avatar
2. Select Switch Reader
3. Choose another profile
4. Enter their code

Logging Out

To log out:

1. Go to settings (gear icon)
2. Tap Log Out
3. Confirm

You'll need to enter your code again next time.
